As one of the first people you'll connect with at Thrive Family Therapy, I know that reaching out for therapy can feel both hopeful and overwhelming. My goal is to make that first step a little easier by creating an experience that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring from the very beginning.
I'm currently a Psychology student at the University of Oregon and have a deep passion for mental health and helping others. Being part of the Client Care and Operations team has given me the opportunity to learn from an incredible group of clinicians while supporting individuals and families as they begin their therapeutic journey. Every interaction is an opportunity to help someone feel seen, heard, and reassured that they've come to the right place.
Whether I'm answering your questions, helping you schedule an appointment, assisting with insurance information, or guiding you through the intake process, my hope is that you feel supported every step of the way. I believe that even the smallest acts of kindness and compassion can make a meaningful difference, and I'm grateful to be part of a practice that is committed to helping people thrive.
