I draw from experiential and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients move beyond simply talking about their experiences. By increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and staying present with what matters most, therapy becomes a place where insight is transformed into meaningful, lasting change.

I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you build confidence, deepen your self-understanding, and strengthen your relationships.
