Living with anxiety can be exhausting. I’ve been there—waking up in the morning with racing thoughts and a heavy heart, struggling to get out of bed, and feeling overwhelmed by negative self-talk that feels impossible to silence. I understand the weight of anxiety, self-shame, and the desire for relief, and I’m here to help you find your way through it.

As a biracial woman of color, I deeply understand the unique challenges that come with navigating identity and belonging in a world that can sometimes feel isolating. I bring both my personal journey and professional expertise to my practice, offering a space where you can truly be seen, heard, and supported.

I am a Graduate Student Intern pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at George Fox University. I’ve experienced the healing power of therapy myself, and now I’m dedicated to helping others find healing.

I also work with couples and families, helping you address conflict, communication struggles, and emotional disconnection. Relationships can be complex, and the challenges within them often mirror the struggles we face within ourselves. Through Restoration Therapy, we’ll work together to break through negative cycles, heal past wounds, and create healthier patterns of interaction. This approach focuses on repairing emotional pain and restoring trust, allowing you to rebuild a strong foundation for connection and understanding.

In addition to Restoration Therapy, I utilize Narrative Family Therapy. We often become stuck in limiting narratives about ourselves or our relationships, such as feeling unworthy, misunderstood, or incapable of change. These stories can create cycles of hurt and distance.

Narrative therapy invites us to step outside of these stories and see the bigger picture, where the problems are not defined by us, but instead by external challenges or situations. By reinterpreting the narratives we hold about ourselves and our relationships, we create space for healing and transformation. It’s about empowering you and your loved ones to write new, healthier stories—stories of growth, connection, and resilience.

Together, we’ll focus on learning to thrive. It’s possible to feel peace in the midst of uncertainty and calm amidst the chaos. You don’t have to carry this burden alone.
