Carl Jung said, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”.
A safe and accepting place where you can heal from hurt, let go of anxieties, come alive after a depression, feel confident, and learn how to love yourself. You need someone with strengths in connecting with others, helping them find their own strengths and gifts, reflecting self-acceptance, and being a support system for when things are tough. The goal of therapy is to become a resilient person who is their own best friend and feels able to open themselves up to the world of opportunity. All of these things help you feel better, do better, and be better every day! I call all of this “daring” to be your best self as it takes courage, tenacity, and grit to continue moving forward when life is not giving you any breaks. If you have the motivation, I can help you get to that place where you love the life you live and are content in showing up as your true self.
